I tried to make the most of the day I took this picture because I figured it would probably be the last time I'd see snow like that for a loooooong time. I heard that down where I live now the winter weather is mostly ice. :(

Gorgeous shot!  We do occasionally get a good snow here:

Tree Along The Fence by LDFranklin   Snowed In XI by LDFranklin   Snowed In V by LDFranklin

But then usually the next day we get a good layer of ice on top of the snow...
