At the end of our walk around One Foot Island, I ran into another cluster of young palm trees. Some of them were arranged in even rows so I figured those were planted there on purpose, but these and a couple others seemed to be random. I found it interesting how this huge sprout somewhat resembles the adult tree in a simplified way. It also made me feel so much smaller, since I'm only used to seeing plant sprouts that are like 1000 times the size of these.
